"Hiring Wendy was by far the best wedding decision we made! She was always prompt with her responses. She reviewed every vendor contract I sent her way and let us know if there were additional items we should add. She answered all my annoying emails and we got to meet with her in person a few months before the wedding. She took tons of notes to make sure everything would run smoothly the day of the wedding. All of our special requests were handled on the day of like our additional appetizers we ordered and making sure the dads knew when/where to stand and what to say. She set up all of our wedding day decor and help with take down. We had specific flowers and linens going home with different people and she made sure they all made it to the correct spot after the wedding. Most of all, Wendy was affordable. "...There were no details left out and no tasks too big or small for [Kristin] to tackle. We had a 350 person wedding with lots of mobilization throughout our venue (walk through the butterfly garden, go to the fountain, come to the reception- lots of movement!) Prior to the wedding, she was always available via text or phone call and had such wise guidance for me throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, we needed all of our wine and beer picked up and Kristin with her two assistants was ON IT without a problem! She then came to the hotel where I was getting ready and picked up the TONS of decor that I had made with my bridesmaids and such. Following this- the wedding went on without any issues. Any little things that did come up, she fixed quickly. An amazing moment is when she literally sewed my dress for a proper bustle after some wild dancing broke the first bustle. "...Tracy was there for us during a very traumatic venue change we had to do 3 months before the wedding! She developed the wedding timeline and went over it with us. Provided suggestions and recommendations based on her previous experience. Was able to meetup with us the weeks before the weeding to go over my vision for the reception accessories and decorations. She contacted every single vendor prior to the wedding to make sure everyone knew a what time they needed to show up. She was there for us during our rehearsal and her instructions were clear, especially for the flower girls and ring bearer (7 year olds). We hired her for 10 hours the day of, and she was there on time and ready to work. She set up our favors tables, gifts table, guest book table. Worked very closely with each vendor and made sure she helped our families with anything they needed. She stayed until the end for cleanup and even made sure we have a to-go bag of our buffet food which was very much needed later that night!
